Welcome to RMA Joli Day Inn. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our facilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RMA Joli Day Inn website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations & Bookings
All online bookings represent an intent to stay. A reservation is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (e.g., 5% GST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify rates without prior notice.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard Check-in is from 2:00 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
4. Payment Terms
We operate on a "Book Now, Pay Later" model. Online bookings do not require immediate payment. Full payment for your stay must be settled at the hotel reception upon arrival or departure using Cash, UPI, Credit, or Debit Cards.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since no payment is taken upfront, guests are requested to cancel their bookings at least 48 hours in advance if their plans change. This allows us to release the room for other guests. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details.
6. Hotel Rules & Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other guests and hotel property. Smoking within the property premises is allowed in designated areas, but is strictly not allowed inside guest rooms. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund in cases of misconduct or property damage.
7. Liability
RMA Joli Day Inn is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Valuables should be stored securely. We are not responsible for any injury or loss arising from the use of hotel facilities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry.
